Mike Denness, known as the only Scotland-born cricketer has unfortunately passed away this week. He died at the age of 72 while battling cancer. Our prayers and thoughts go directly to his family and friends.
Denness was the former England captain in 19 of his 28 tests and scored 25,886 first-class runs. He inspired many Australian cricketers and had a huge following internationally for his accomplishments in the cricket sport.
